21.1 Headers

There are found in most files and can get a lot done. Usually contain an identifying mark, an overall file length, a length of the header itself, locations of the other areas that contain information, maybe file names or at least file identification of some form.

Subheaders also exist where the format can have a basic information header and another to actually cover the contents of the file.
